Hi Raymond55, I'm sorry you're having a rough day. I'm quit for 21 days now, using Chantix and it's helping but I know what you're going through. It's terrible to have something have such a hold on us! I quit 15 years ago and thought I was going to go out of my mind. I felt like I was hanging onto a cliff by my fingernails. But I was quit for 7 years & then went back to it, ugh! So here I am again. It's a fight everyday but so worth it. I feel better already. My cough is gone and the wheezing has stopped. I think these message boards have really helped me too. Just knowing you're not alone.
