Hi! I quit 18 months ago and found that drinking loads of water when I got a craving really helped. Must help to flush out all the bad chemicals etc. And, I sucked on starlite mints to take my mind off the craving. After all this time I still get a craving once in a while too. But, I feel 100% better now and sure am proud of myself for hanging in there. Keep up the good work - I'll be pulling for you!!!!!!!!!
