I am still doing great. I like to have a cup of water with a straw near me while watching tv or at work. That helps when you need to do something with your hands. I don't think about tomorrow. I only think about today and that takes a whole lot of stress and "what ifs" off my mind. Worry about tomorrow when it comes. Worry about next week, when it comes. Doing it this way, makes for a very stress free way of quitting. Remeber to take deep breaths. It works very well in helping to relax.
