Jan, what are you using to help you quit? Chewing gum? Nicotine replacement? Hypnotism? Meditation? There are many tools that some find useful to get through the process, with differing results. It's tough to change to "the other side" and become a non-smoker. Give us some background, let us know what you're going through, and trust me, most of us have "been there". Someone just may have something to offer that will be just what you need to help you get through today...... and then tomorrow.
