I quit smoking for 4 months. A few days ago I had a relapse, been about a 1/2-3/4 pack for 3 days. This morning I spit up some pink phlegm a few times, then it seemed to stop. Also my uvula is very red. Have I just irritated something from all the smoke after being smoke free?
