You can do it!!! Definitely a hard thing, as you know, but stick with it---soo many benefits!!!
I went cold turkey, and it's been over four months for me now. Cravings not too bad and far and few between at this point.
Try reading, if you have the time, to get your mind off it--seems to put you in another world if it is a good book and help you forget about things.
Try to think of how much money you will save. I have saved a ton already!!
Try chewing some gum if you have to;
stay away from other smokers if possible.
Everytime you have a craving say to yourself No, I will not smoke anymore. I am healthy now!!
Try to celebrate every little milestone--mark on a calendar or tell people, "I have made it 2 weeks, etc.
Talk to other quitters for support, on here, or wherever.
