You must be doing something for the time you have been here. You can't expect responses all the time. It is hard to quit, I was there almost 11 years ago. I had to quit due to pending bypass surgery. I knew I couldn't smoke in the hospital. I tried the patch and it was more expensive than a carton of cigs then. I have been smoke free since and helped others during that time, it helped me also. You have to be willing to not get responses all the time. There is frustation and they do go into themselves sometime and will not reach out like you are willing to do. Just help others find ways to keep on their quit and it will help you. It does work, I am still here. Just keep hanging in there, you will be free. Hugs for today.
