Feeling strange!

Hello,

I stopped smoking cold turkey 2 weeks ago. I have no craving for a cigarette but I am feeling a bit odd. A little foggy-headed, difficulty concentrating, waking up in the night disorientated and even a bit of anxiety. Again, I do not feel like smoking but wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

Thank you!

Re: Feeling strange!

Congratulations on quitting smoking!! It's normal to feel a little fuzzy-headed after you quit, nicotine is an upper, so while your body is detoxing, it will take some time to adjust. If you continue to wake up in the middle of the night, I would recommend talking to your doctor. During the day, keep yourself busy, make sure you're getting enough fresh air, exercize and water to help detox. Good luck and let us know how you are doing!

Great!!!! the fuzzy headed feeling will go away! I quit 3 months ago, and I am so proud of myself! I feel like a new man. I was a hard corps 40+ year smoker and beleive it or not I didn't struggle one bit! Thanks to Bupropion! It was my miracle drug!!!
