Just hit day 4 myself Simba so I am behind you by a few days.
I smoked for about 35 years, i calculate about 20 to 23 pack years...but who's counting?
I have actually quite before (about 5 times I think) on average only lasted 6 months to a year. Never easy...cigarettes are a crafty opponent.
I am at the point though where I really don't want to smoke anymore, getting a little older and enjoying it less.
Well, here comes day 5...hope you have held strong Simba.
