newbie!!

Hi there.....i am smoke free for 7 days today (cold turkey) and i am not feeling one ounce better infact i think the cravings are getting worse???? Does this not get easier with time........????

It is not real cravings you are experiencing....if that makes any sense.
The actual physical withdrawl from nicotine is over in 48 to 76 hours (so they say)
You are mentally not physically craving a smoke, and yes it does go away, but it can be slow.
This is why quitting is so flippin hard ..if it was easy..well...this forum wouldn't be here.
