Congrats on your 12 days!! Thats great!!

I think most people eat more when they quit, because not only is the food smelling/tasting better, but its a replacement for a cigarette. I ate a lot when I quit,but I just tried to keep the sweets AWAY from my hands,and only have crunchy vegetables and fruit around. (I find that fruit helps A LOT, espcially oranges) Keep up the good work, and try to stay away from most the sweets this holiday season (it will be hard for us all!). Take Care
