Hi! It's good to know I'm an inspiration to others. If I can quit smoking, then anyone can - I was really, really attached to my cigarettes. If I got down to having only one pack left in the house, I'd get really nervous...
The times I lit a cigarette and then a few minutes later would go to pick it up out of the ashtray..and no cigarette there....those times would always scare me - I would start looking all over the floor, under the chair...then start questioning myself - had I smoked the whole cigarette and already put it out, without realizing it? Had it fallen out of the ashtray and rolled off under something?
Or worse, the times that I'd light a cigarette up and then realize I already had one lit and burning. Times like those made me feel like a complete basket case.
