No of course not. Is one drink a day the same as 20? Is eating the occasional junk food the same as eating it at every meal?
If you're able to limit it to one that's fine. It's just that it's so addictive you'd be better off finding out an alternative stress reducer. Go for a walk, do some vigorous exercise, listen to music.
I started in college also with just a couple a day, 27 YEARS later the hacking cough, stench and cost drove me to quit. It's been a year and I still crave them but I won't go back.
Life is always going to be stressful..work, relationships, marriage, children.
It's good that you're questioning it before you possibly become addicted. I wish I had had that insight at your age. Good luck
