Hi everyone,
I really need support here, I have been trying to kick this nasty habit for a long time now. I make it 3 days and then I just loose it, I can't think I can't sit still, my legs jump around, basically I am a mess. I know that I can do this I started when I was 15 years old and smoked for 9 years, I quit for 7 years then when I met my husband who smokes I started again after about a year with him. I do not blame him I blame me. when my dad passed away I did not start up again and that hit me really hard. This was way before I met my husband. I know I can do this, I know I am a strong person but this nicotine habit has got me this time and it does not want to let go.

I have problems with my legs, they call it restless legs syndrome. I wonder though, because about a year ago when my husband went on deployment I quit and my legs got so much better I also got off caffeine too.
I started up again right before he came home.

This may sound kind of nuts, but when I quit my legs go crazy with leg spasms. Is that part of the withdrawl process? By the third day I cave and go buy a pack because as soon as I start again they calm down that does not make sense to me. Smoking is suppose to make it worse but yet when I try to quit they go nuts. When does that part of quitting get better I can't even remember from the last time I quit, nuts huh!

Please help me with any and all advise, I need to succeed this time I am sick of the smell and the hassle, my husband still smokes he will quit when he is ready to but as for me I need to do this. He is out at sea right now so it is the perfect time to do this, please help me, I need some major support here.
