Quitting smoking is really painfull. The most I've managed is 2 months smoke free, but I always ended up smoking again
Anyways, I don't want my past experiences to disencourage you (btw, I'll be giving it up again the 24th of June) but how I see things is very simple:
You can either quit smoking now, or later in life; The question is not "if" (because most smokers end up quitting) but rather "will it be too late by the time I quit ?"
Anyways, I hope the best for you and stay strong thorugh it .... what EVER you do, after you've been smoke-free for some time, DO NOT light that single non-harming cigarrette up. If you do, its mathematical certainty you'll be smoking as before in no time.
