a hot bath, relaxing nature music??, heating blanket, Melatonin (a natural sleep nutrient) find it at any drug store...ask doctor for ambien or sleep aid until you get over this hump///doctor will help out if she knows you are quitting smoking. I guarantee...good job...oh also exercise, yoga, mediation, reading something interesting to you...TV and computer are stimulating so don't do TV or web before bed...glass of wine...candles...etc...deep breathing , focusing on something that relaxes you, reading the Bible...???
