It could very well be that you are hypersensitive to nicotine - in any case you don't smoke enough to be addicted so why don't you nip it in the bud before it's too late & you're hooked? I used to think smoking a few a day or even a week was OK but hten something stressful happens or you're on holidays and smoke every day and all of a sudden you're on 10 or 20 a day and find yourself unable to go even a single day without a cig
