I'm on day 12 today and feeling better with every day
What helped me trememdously were "stress pills", i.e. natural/herbal pills that contain things like valerian, passiflora and hops and are used to help you relax and relieve anxiety.
They also help you sleep at night and they've helped me a treat - I've been taking them for two weeks before I stopped and am now slowly cutting down as I don't really want to pop valerian ("nature's valium" after all!) for the rest of my life
Can't give you any brand names as I'm in the UK but if you ask at a chemist's for something with those ingredients they should be able to help you
