If you've been smoking that little you might want to consider going cold turkey - the physical withdrawals from nicotine only last 72 hours so you might as well get them over and done with - since you smoke so little you'd just end up upping your daily nicotine intake! Good Luck, cold turkey is easier than you think - just get yourself some relaxing teas and some herbal "stress relief" tablets that contain things like valerian and passiflora and after a week or two the cravings will be all but gone!
