Thumbs down A Blog About Stuttering In Adults

Being a stutterer i find that when i am tired and dont get enough rest,it's guranteed that the next day, i will be stuttering badly the whole day, am literally a bag of nerves and shaking.
Experience has shown me that if i dont get the correct amount of rest/sleep every night my stuttering is all over the place.
When i have had my correct amount of rest nobody could ever know that i stuttered at all.
