| My speech disorder
So I have had this disorder since I was in 6th grade I think. My speech was then kinda rapid but understandable, I didn't have any problem with it then. I think it was still okay during high school but after that it has gone worse. I have trouble pronouncing some words and most words I just pronounce very rapidly. Rapid speech and difficulty to pronounce words=certainly not good. Also sometimes it may sound like mumbling. Just lately I've noticed that when I speak, my mouth movements are just awkward. It's like my left side of mouth is paralyzed and I can only talk with the right side. Also the lip movements are rapid no matter what I say. I know about Bell's palsy but I don't think I have that, I can move both sides normally when not speaking.
Then there is this symptom that stands out during winter. When it's cold the area of my mouth and jaws are just so stiff that speaking clearly is practically impossible.
So the first time when I noticed some issues with my speech was in 6th grade. Now I'm 21 years old and this issue has gone worse and it bothers me really much. I started studying in the University of applied sciences but now I think that I might not be able to do it. This speech issue just ruins everything. Has someone any idea what it could be?
