Popping your neck...

...is this causing damage to your spine? The internet lacks very good information on the effects of popping your neck and back. I've been doing it for a while because it relieves tension, but it can't be good overall.

I'm wondering if anybody has proof of what popping your neck can do?

Has anybody here with spinal injuries feel that it was your neck popping that did it...?

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

M
