 Any hypothyroid with pain med problems
I was wondering if any one out here was hypothyroid, taking thyroid meds and taking something for pain due to surgery or chronic pain? I am almost 3 weeks post op and I have read about a problem with pain meds interfering with thyroid meds. I have been so tired that I can hardly stay awake in the afternoon. When I asked spine surgeon he said not to worry unless I was going to be on meds a long time. Of coarse what is a long time right.
Just curious if any of you have adjusted your thyroid meds due to pain meds?
