Pain diary and Dove Chesnut how yall doing?

Ok remo wants me to keep a pain diary

so i noticed when i had problems
i discovered i do fine after a good nights sleep but by evening im in dire pain

what we are working on now is changing my resting schudeule to a few hours of having to lay down in after noon so im not in dire pain in evenings

crossing fingers


also want to know how dove and chesnut is doing havent heard from yall in a few days

Keep a diary is a great idea, as you noticed, it starts to show you patterns over time of things that may trigger your pain or when you have less pain a possible reason why!
Hopefully you'll be able to figure out a plan of action and feel better. Care on the naps, if you take them for too long of a period it will end up totally messing up your sleep schedule I think they say no more than an hour is recommended.
