Can Neck Surgery patient have VAX-D ? - Spinal Cord Disorders Message Board

I am considering VAX-D for my L4/L5/S1 pain.

I am over one-year post-op neck surgery that fused my C4/C5C6 with a titanium plate. If my neck is stable, am I able to undergo a VAX-D for my ********? I know that a back fusion prevents you from using VAX-D, but does a NECK FUSION prevent me from using VAX-D?

A fast talker will say yes. Remember your C4 pain & walk cautious. Vax is for disks &
impingements. Get a copy of report & if cysts & inflammation R the problem, U could
get into big trouble w/ Vax. Vax re-aligns the spine for skeletal support & muscles.
The lumbar area is never a quick fix. Find the real condition U have for pain. Surgery
is always last resort. Vax can actually cause impingemnts if not done correct. The
training for this is quick. A Therapist can buy a table & not be an MD or DO.

It sounds expensive and possibly a little trouble. ... so maybe I will continue with other therapies first.
