| in need of some advice, please...
had an mri recently which showed c5-c7, left lateral disc protrusions (2-3mm). 1mm central bulges between c7-t1 and c3-c4. however my symptoms include muscle spasms in both arms, and sometimes in my legs. occasional pain in both arms. i also get muscle cramps throughout my legs and arms.
when i initially felt pain, it was in my upper back near my spine.
i was just thinking that the symptoms could be caused below t1. has anybody else experience these symptoms from t region bulge/herniation. thanks.
