Just wanted to let you all know that I did go to the dr today. My work sent me as I explained how I hurt and did not know if it was work causing it or what and they agreed to let the drs decide that, just find out whats wrong.
Anyway now I find out I have bone spurs and am all inflamed.. They do not know that work caused the bone spurs but working is the suspect for the inflammation and muscle spasms, so they have put me on Naproxen and Soma. Which I cannot get filled until Monday because I have to have an authorization number for WC and my work office was closed by the time I got out of drs. Dr said not to fill it myself to wait and over the weekend take motrin or something. But I have been taking everything and none of that works. Got 1 hr sleep last night due to the severity of pain I was having and missed a day and half of work. I hope these meds help. Put me on limitations such as not to put arms out front or above head. Not to flex or extend neck. But at my job they just make you do your job anyway. I go back to the dr the 28th to see if any improvement. I feel so much better because I just knew it was them screws came out or something but now am also scared because of the bone spur because I remember when I had that acdf surgery my dr then told me that I had narrowing of the spine that would cause problems later.
