Here is what the report says:
At C4-5, there is a loss of height and signal of the intervertebral disc, consisent with mild disc degeneration. There is concentric disc bulge without herniation. There is mild posterior endplate osteophyte formation and there is mild bilateral uncovertebral osteophyte formation. These findings create effacement of CSF anterior to the normal appearing cord, as well as slight asymmetric narrowing of the proximal aspect of the right C4-5 neural foramen. At C5-6, there are similar changes of disc degeneration. There is moderate concentric disc buldge without herniation. There is posterior endplate osteophyte formation and bilateral uncovertbral osteophyte formation. These finding create moderate asymmertric stenosis at the right neural foramen.
