| Want to share a helpful thing ( me again. heh!)

For those of you who really LOVE the feeling of moist heat on their spastic muscles (me!) I tried so many things...e.g. pads you put in the microwave, etc.). Those were good, but I found something HEAVENLY! You know when you go to Physical Therapy (havent we all? lol) and they give you a nice moist hot pack? They keep those things hot in a thing called a HYDROCOLLATOR. They come in all sizes. The pads sit in steaming hot water and you take them out of the hydrocollator and put it in a cover and put it where you need the heat. The size I got from Chattanooga Company is called the E1, which is the smallest and can sit on a table top. Its a very very low maintenence item and OH MY GOD its so great to always hot hot pads ready and waiting. I use it for husband also. It cost me $239, which isnt cheap, but WELL worth the money, if you can swing it. I wish I did it sooner. Just do a search on HYDROCOLLATOR to check it out. Good luck and let me know if you get one.
