| Conservative Therapy - What works?
I had neck surgery last year and for a year I was just fine. I have recently just started getting nerve pain in my arms and legs. I had an EMG and it appeared normal so fortunately nothing serious is going on. I have been taking Lyrica and that seems to work.
For those of you that have tried conservative therapy that has worked, can you please let me know so that I can try it and prevent my symptoms from getting worse or maybe even alleviating them. Also, any pharmaceuticals or herbs that help.
