yes I agree this is a very popular topic...
I think it is really a doctor vs. doctor question more so than a neuro vs. ortho question. Who do you feel most comfortable with, how long have they been doing the procedure, etc..
However, if your condition is more nerve related, I think the majority of posters here say that a neuro might be the better route...
I saw both, and ended up using an ortho- primarily b/c of the type of procedure I chose. Endoscopic non-fusion ACD.
