Hello dwallech... Just looking at the post and came upon yours. A question if you don't mind... I too had a 4 level ACDF and corpectomy with cage and they used my own bone from the neck. Did you have LEG PROBLEMS?? This is where all my problems are taken place. My left leg is heavy, numb, and the toes at times are pins and needles. They did this operation to spare me a wheelchair in the future. I had this done end of Aug. 07, all is fusing well, but I was told this will take at least 1-2 years for recovery, and that is what ever recovery I can regain. The damage might just be done, so there is a chance this is all I will be able to achieve. We shall see. Good luck to you in your recovery. Thanks for listening... Janatee
