| severe lumbar stenosis
Hello members;
Two years ago I had successfull ACDF surgery at C7. Now I move to my lower back. My latest Mri Notes Protruding disk at L4 and moderate to sever Stenosis at L3-L4. I have done and am doing now epidural shots, chiropractor, and rehab. After the latest four weeks of this I find my back is hurting more and the burning/cold sciatica down my left leg has not improved. I have dealt with this for four years with some success, but now I wonder. Is is time to consider surgery? after a certain time period should one give up and look for a surgeon or keep fighting the battle with various rehabilitation techniques?
