it depends on your problems prior to surgery what your outcome will be. Fusion success rates are very high -study to study it appears the average is more in the high 80%'s when you avg the studies together. Complete resolution of symptoms or pain varies person to person. For single level ACDF surgeries like yours C5-6 there is an extremely high success rate against all factors.
