Unhappy Mri of the thoracic spine, scraed silly

That should be scared silly. I had the MRI of my thoracic spine done today, which is saturday the 9th,, cause i am having this stabbing pain between my shoulder blades, feels like being stabbed with a kniffe. pretty severe pain. I know i have a bad C6 for which i will be getting the ACDF surgery, so i thought maybe it was just reffered pain from that disc....BUT i have the images here and it shows something there, im not sure what it is and im no techniciian but this clearly is something that doesnt belong,,, I dont know if its a cyst or tumor or what,, but its all flat and then there is this mass, I am really scared. This may be why i was having pain with sitting for any length of time. I hate that it is Saturday cause now i just have the images but my doctor won't have the report till monday. Estella in pain.

I know it's hard but don't worry until you see the doctor and get a copy of the MRI report from the facility that does the MRI.
