Another ACDF will make 4 levels. Thoughts???

Hey guys. I have had multiple surgeries on my neck (see signature). MRI last week showed the two levels between my C3/4 & C6/7 surgery were bulging C4/5 and Moderate central and right paracentral disc protrusion at C5/6. Because these two levels are inbetween two previous surgeries, what are the chances of it healing or would it be wise to just go ahead and fuse these two levels and be done with it? I have been in pain management for 3+ yrs, and I would like to get this cleared up, and get back to a somewhat normal life. Your thoughts are appreciated. Thanks

Personally I'd fuse all the levels if this is what your surgeon recommends. The problem is the levels that are not fused are the ones doing all the moving when you use your neck. Thus they aren't likely to heal as you'll rely on them from now on. I think I have to add C4 to my C5-7
