Talking Does the shoulder and bicep pain go away after surgery?

I am due to get my acdf of c5, c6 in 10 days. Can anyone tell me if the shoulder and bicep pain goes away after the surgery? Estella

estall, everyone has a different story to tell. I am almost 6 post-op ans still have a lot of burning pain in both shoulders and my left bicep. Others here will tell you they had immediate relief. I'm still hoping!!

I had immediate relief after my surgery two years ago. However I'm sorry to say that it is all back again.
