1st time on message board and from what I've been reading, I'm doing pretty good. Had my surgery Oct 22 so I'm a few week ahead of you. Doing my own therapy at this point unless my Doc. tells me different. Just doing about 20 total minutes on treadmill (4min warm up 4min cool down) 3mph tops. Range of motion exercise for the neck area. (starts to hurt stop) Working with 3 sets 10 reps. of overhead and chest exercise 3 to 5 lb. Seems to be working fine except one night I did to much. Doc said "use your head go easy" Good Luck rj
