HELP been going to doctors for 4 months!

I have had 2 mri's lower lumber which show mild bulge in disc between l4 and l5. I have weak quads. Can't sit for very long, feet go numb and top of butt hurts. If standing in one spot heals hurt and feet go numb. Hands have a slight shaking. Been going to docs for 4 months. Been getting steroid shots which have helped inflammation but still have all the problems above. Is it possible to have a problem with a disc higher up causing these symptoms.

It would help if you gave a little more information such as was this from an injury? What type of injury or when did you start to notice symptoms.
