I just started working at Walmart in the Inventory department on November 18, 2011. Shortly after, I started experiencing incredible sharp stinging pains between my left shoulder blade and my spine (anywhere from the lower area of my shoulder blade to the higher area up by my neck). In my job I do a lot of over-the-head lifting as well as semi-heavy lifting in general. I also have to climb ladders to get non-heavy, semi-heavy, and very heavy things from high places. The pain has become so bad I am almost brought to tears with the slightest wrong movement with either of my arms or if I move my back a certain way. I do not, however, experience any burning, or tingling sensations, nor have I noticed weakness in my arm. I started to consider a pinced nerve, but after some reading I am not really sure what the cause could be, nor do I know how to help relieve the pain. With that being said, I would love it if someone could give me some answers, or atleast some possibilities. Thank you.
