Need a good website
 

Does anyone have a url/website that shows each cervical nerve and it's radiculopathy distribution? For instance I have a pinched nerve at C7-T1. This means by hand and finger pain and numbness could be coming from this level. But now I also have elbow and shoulder blade pain and wonder what vertebrae this is related to. thanks
