| I dont understand what my mri means
Findings: The vertebral body heights and alignments are maintained. Marrow signal is normal the conus medullaris is at L1-L2, normal in contour and signal.
The disk signal is maintained. There is mild loss of disk height posteriorly at L4-L5 and mild to moderate at L5-s1. A at T12-L1 there is no central or foraminal stenosis.
At L1-L2 there is no central or foraminal stenosis. There is facet arthropathy with small amount of fluid in the facet joints.
At L2-L3 there is no central or foraminal stenois. Small amount of fluid in the facet joints
At L3-L4 there is minimal circumferential disk bulge. There is no central stenosis. Facet arthropathywith small amount of fluid in the facet joints. There is perineural fat effacement at the neural foramina
At L4-L5 the is circumferential disk bulge. No central stenosis. Facet arthropathy with small amount of fluid in the facet joints. On the left there is mild foraminal stenosis
L5-s1 There is no central stenosis. There is a posterior disk bulge more paracentral to the left there there is facet arthropathy. There is bilateral forminal stenosis, slightly greater on the left mild to moderate
