disc uncinate hypertrophy
At C4-5 there is disc uncinate hypertrophy There issevere neural foraminal stenosis bilaterally At C5-6 there appears to be moderate bilateral neural forminal stenosis equivocal with posterior central disc osteophyte complex indenting the anterior thecal sac abutting the cord.
