Artificial disc replacement following ACDF

Hi all. I am new to this forum. I had c3-c7 fused 10 years ago at age 35. No known cause. Have had continual weakness off and on in my left arm, especially my grip. I also lost a fair amount of my mobility. I am finally tired of it and am going to go for another MRI and see if it can be fixed. What I am also wondering is if they can remove a fused section and replace it with an artificial disc replacement??? Anyone had this done or heard of the option. Did a search and came up empty. Thanks in advance for any help.
