neck pain and arm with fingertip numbness

well I just had an MRI of my cervical spine...anyone that could give me some idea of what you think my spinal doc with say...I go see him on 11-6

okay here is my MRI report:

Moderate to advanced C5-6 disc degeneration with reversal of the mid cervical lordosis, a mild cervicothoracic curve to the left.

1. 2mm broad based left paracentral disc protrusion at C5-6 with mild to moderate narrowing of the central canan and left ventral cord impingement.
2. 2mm central disc protrusion at C6-7 with mild to moderate narrowing of the central canal and no cord impingement.
3. Central canal stenosis, mild to moderate at C4-5 and mild at C3-4 without cord impingement.
4. Moderately severe foraminal stenosis on the left at C5-6 and C4-5
