I will be having a cervical fusion C4-C6 on Dec.19th

I am getting scared already..yikes!!

Ha! I just moved my surgery up for my C7-T1 fusion from January 7th to December 17th! I'm also getting my hardware taken out from C4-c7 since I am fully fused and dont need it anymore.
Dont worry its going to be just fine. I plan on sticking christmas bows on my hard collar! LOL!

I will be thinking about you honey.....we can chat with our collars on...i am thinking my doc is going to put me in a soft collar...i will put christmas bows on it

i don't have any button down shirts, i have a nice long sleeved t shirt that has a scoop neck, a zippered sweatshirt and sweatpants...that is what I am wearing to the hospital, cozy cozy...also I bought myself a nice blankie to bring

I had the same ones done in January and even though it is a scary thought it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I'm glad I had it done.
