rockenmama Junior Member (female) Join Date: Nov 2012 Location: PA Posts: 45	Waking up with "dead arms and shoulders" I was recently diagnosed with Spinal Myelopathy and will be having ACDF (c5-c6-c6-c7 in less then 2 weeks. I've been waking up a lot with "dead" legs and "dead" arms but today it included my shoulders. Anyone else have any experience with this? It's really freaky. TIA, Pam
