I made it !!
Good Morning Everyone, I made it through. The proceedure went very well. Doctor was extremely nice and explained everything. I even watched the procedure on the TV monitor. I ended up getting the most intense headache that I have ever had as soon as he finished. It was as if someone turned on a switch. It just went BOOM and there it was. I got a shot of Demerol and it went away after a bit. I did get very nauseated and tossed my cookies and everything else all the way home. (I had eaten a light lunch while I was in the short stay unit. I think from here on out, after any procedure where I get any type of medication I will just not eat afterwards) As long as I laid flat I was fine, but standing was a no no. I took a nap and later started drinking my Coke. I took some Tylenol and Benadryl and felt better by bedtime. Today I feel a bit hung over, but no headache. I'm drinking my Coke and just resting. Gonna have a lazy day. Thanks for all your words of encouragement. Take care.
