Hi, i would start with allowing the area to get really wet while showering/bathing. This is usually how my patients have had their strips loosen. They are meant to drop off after a certain amount of time. This usually occurs because of the water.
So if you are allowed to shower , which you should be by now, let them get real wet. pat dry and they should start to drop off within a few days. Please do not pull at them,as it can cause pressure on the incision and or skin irritation.
Hope that helps, Mel
