Hi all!!
I am not sure where to begin! I know, I know , at the beginning right!
Well, no can do!!

I have been participating to the best of my ability,
with my PT. & her suggested ( & stressed) at home exercises. Not sure why, but cannot seem to follow the suggested routine when i am at home. Possibly due to 2 kids under 5?!
Anyways, I am doing what I can when at home!
My therapist says i am showing amazing signs of strength& movement! She seems to be thrilled with where I am at!!
She is wonderful! that is not my problem......
I am experiencing "stuff" where I never did before!!

Original complaints were all left sided. Now, I feel
"things" on my right side! I am also feeling different than i did a couple of days ago. I am sorry that I cannot explain "different" more articulately,
but It just feels weird! I wake up with ache on my right side of the neck. I have had numbness on bottom of right foot (right side only) for 2 days now.
My pt. said that I am experiencing some nerve impingement in lower lumbar. Great!! Just what I don
t need!!

Anyhoo!! I am so trying to enjoy the amazing weather here in the mountain's of AZ!!!!~~~~~~~ but, I find myself wondering if all is well!
I see my NS on the 8th of July. I am hoping that the x-ray then shall reveal more.

I feel that I do not have alot to offer the newcomer's right now except Welcome! We are here for you!

I am not in a depression! (Geesh, remember that last one) Thanks for helping me through that one!!
I am just not feeling right physically~~~~~& I dread finding out that even though I was screwed!~~~I did not fuse!

EXHALE~~~~~~~~~~ okay! I feel a wee bit better now!
My DH just heard the other variation of all that, smiled, hugged me. then went to flip the steaks!

Love that name. My secretary is Kathy..with a K....so it makes me smile.

If it helps any, sometime there is not much to say...just venting is a great thing to do.

I have only been here for 48 hours and you were my first response to my question. You said that you didn't have much to say but someone would be along to help me out soon. You were right....but most important....you made me feel welcome. Be proud of that.... Catherine with a C...

Please hold your head up and keep letting us know about PT and your pain. I can speak for myself and I know I may not have all the answers but I am happy to join you in your misery. It does love company....as they say. Feel free to vent and thank you for being the best welcome wagon a girl could ask for.

Now, onto your problem....I have no solution but I will pray extra hard for you tonight. May you have a peaceful night and may the frustration leave you alone.....if only for a few moments. Enjoy your DH and your wonderful dinner of steaks on the grill. (by the way...my DH took me out to dinner for the birthday and that is what I had) YUM YUM!

May your new pain be gone in the morning....and if not, may you be granted the strength to deal with it and continue to be your wonderful self.

I do hope this is a temperary thing for you.
If this keeps up you should not let it go on too long before asking the doc's advice.

I too am feeling new tingles & albeit minor pains in some joints, but I am taking them as signs that my nerves are healing. They come & go, sometimes sharp other times dull. But then it just could be the arthur acting up. Can't wait to start those meds again. LOL (Much as I ***** bout the number of meds I take)

sweetie,

i've felt the same way for quite a while... never knowing what the next day will bring me, never being able to count on the "good" feelings for long and being surprised by the "bad" ones disappearing from one minute to another... only to come back - sometimes somewhere else - a few days or a week later...

what i detest the most is the stiffness in my arms when i awake, or try to get out of bed...

hon, we're mending slowly but surely... just believe in that and give yourself big hug for your efforts to remain sane!

Normally I would respond to each of you individually~~
but tonight I shall offer you a great, big ol' thank you!! (GROUP HUG!!!)

I am feeling perplexed!! And needless to say my kids are adding to my own personal concerns.
Mommy when!!?? I don't know!

the irony is that!!~~~~I believe if it were not for my dear sweet Emily & my big boy Reager, I would not have been doing all the do things that I have been forced to do. You do what you Godda do!!

Anyways, I will be back with what I hope is good news in the next few days.
